She Ran Away

Not really but she did break down in tears and beg to go to Mrs. Gaddy's so that she could get a break from K. Evelyn picked her up Monday and she's having a lot more fun than we're having.

I would like to join her. Please send Mrs. Gaddy's address and/or phone number. Encode it so my children cannot find me. I will send large sums of money in exchange. Or at least the $57 that is in the bank account until payday.

Yes..I'd like to go with Miss Gaddy, too, please. Glad you have a bit of "Mommy Math Time", That's when you Subtract a child rather than Divide your attention and Add to your stress. This strategy Multiplied several times a year Equals a happy Mom.

Glad you could arrange that for J. I'm wondering when one of my (other 3) kids is going to ask for that, and I'm wondering what on earth I'm going to do when they do.

Oh, poor J. So glad she has reached the stage where she's able to ask for what she wants. Shows she's developed some sense of self-worth, don't you think? To feel she deserves a break and be able to ask for it (risking being turned down). This kind of thing feels like such a huge step when I see something similar out of our P. And so glad you could make arrangements for her.

Good for J for knowing what she wants. Too bad it is so hard for her.
