After reading
Essie's post I remembered that I hadn't started SK on any omegas yet. I had J on cor omega but have been slacking on giving it to her. We were out so we ran by our local health food store. The owner told me about
Barleans. Figured we'd give the banana strawberry flavor a try and see if it tasted better than coromega. Of course I had to try it to. Normally I don't like banana flavored stuff. Oh my stinking heck. This stuff is the mac daddy. I could seriously take a bath in it. Yummy. My girls love it and beg to take it. You can't get better than that.

Yeah that Barleans is good stuff. Both my girls literally are sucking it off the spoon!
I love that last pic of J, she looks like she is fiercely competing in some swim meet.
I am glad it is yummy. That sure helps. Unfortunately my KC, age 5 loathes banana. The smell, the taste, the very essence of banana. LOL Have no idea why! Hope he never needs omegas. He is a super taster, super smeller kind of guy.
Glad to know about this stuff. And, boy, are those great pictures of J.
