Essie's Too True Tuesday

Essie asked.....
First thing you would spend your lottery money on! Tell the truth! Spare us the crap about buying your kids a Carousel or paying off your parents mortgage. The REAL truth!

At first I was thinking this....

Then I thought again. This would be destroyed and deemed worthless in a matter of a week by the destruction crew that lives with me.

So I thought this would be better....

Then I read Corey's blog.... a staff. That's where it's at! A chef, maid, chauffeur, construction crew to repair the daily damages, sitters on call whenever I'm jumping off the roof....

A farm where the crazy can run free and wild. Goats, chickens, pot-bellied pigs, alpacas, and other fuzzy critters could be the calm in the storm. Our AT would live on the property in the first house and we'd live in the farm house. She'd be on call....all the time.... Personal trainer who would drag me out of bed every morning and force me to exercise. If you're going to dream you might as well dream big. Oh yeah....everyone would have their very own bathroom attached to their bedroom. This is a deal breaker.

I'd better win the 200 million lottery....not the measly 10 mil.

Pioneer Woman's cookbook is in the mail.....in it's honor we had this wonderful dish. Except I added sauteed baby bellas to the recipe.

Mmmm, that house is pretty nice though. You could pay your staff to follow the little deconstruction crew and fix stuff. Otherwise, I am afraid it looks like you will be living in a, what are those? Sheds? Hope there is a hotel nearby.

Oh wait, that could solve all the problems at one time. Just live in a hotel!

Oh , how fun ! I'd go with the staff. Lot's of Staff and a sound proof room so I could slip away and have a peaceful cup of coffee. A full time activity aide to keep the kids busy and happy. But...wait...what would be left for me to do ?

Ooh, ooh...I want all that too!

Oh, yah. It's all about the staff! But would it make my children lazy and entitled? Probably. So maybe they won't come every day...just every other day...except when I'm escaping and sailing the high seas on my own private cruise ship all by myself (and probably 50 other RAD moms.) Then the staff can hold down the fort. I'm sure I'll have to replace them all once I get home from my hiatus because they'll all be raving lunatics by then, but hey, once I can afford one staff, I can afford to replace them.

Cheers! And never, ever forget to keep on dreaming big!

Can I be one of your babysitters?

No, scratch that... I don't really want to work... Can I just be YOUR live in friend?

Yep. The help; that's it.....that's the only way all those individual bathrooms would work, for sure.

A staff. What a fantastic idea! But I still want my beach house.

I have been drooling over PW's cookbook for ages now. So jealous you've already ordered yours. We had Pastor Ryan's bolognese sauce last night for supper (via his visit to PW's). So yummy and freezes so well!

Okay, Diana has it right. Rad mom cruise...sounds wonderful to me. Perhaps it should be one of those European ones that starts in Florida and then hops over to Italy? I could definitely make myself suffer through one of those.

A maid and a nanny. Sounds like heaven to me. Sleeping all night? Omg, would the world end?
