***A SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT***

Did you know that today is
Lisa's birthday???!!!

She is taking a little time to enjoy her day and won't be back for a good part of the day so I hijacked her blog. I want her to remember how important she is to so many of us and I thought it might be nice if we surprised her with our birthday greetings when she check in tonight. Personally, she has been a life-line for me on this rollercoaster journey of parenting children with RAD, PTSD, ODD, etc. and I know that I have her to thank for many of the strategies that have made a world of difference for my kids and for my own sanity! So come on over and leave her a little birthday love if you wish! Thanks, Dia @ Rancho Chico.

Happy Birthday Lisa! I'd give you a private jet to take to an Allmann Bros. concert but it seems like you've already done that. Dang, that's all I had in my gift bag for you...I wanted to tell you that I may not have commented about it before (I am ancient...51, so I forget these days) but you are so impressive as a mom. To have watched J's progress over time and to see you having weathered that hurricane season only to sign up for another one?! But, I knew, if anyone could help tame another little tiger, coming into your world hissing and spitting, it was you. You are amazing! So, enjoy your special day and do what you encourage others to do....take care of you!

HA! Awesome idea Dia! Lets see....
Lisa was the first blogger to "see" me in cyberspace. She was also one of the first blogs I read that was about a child with RAD. Her honesty was cathartic for me, many many times a life line. Supportive? No one is more supportive than Lisa. So whatever crazy crazy crap might be going on in your house, you know Lisa is with you.
Happy Birthday!

I already left you some fb love but I'm going to say it again. You're an amazingly awesome, giving woman who deserves to have a fabulous, all about you day. Things will get better, little by little, and you will thrive and survive. Have a great birthday!

Happy Birthday, Lisa! :)

There are so many of us who look up to you, and I know that I would be much less prepared for this RADical journey of motherhood without you.
God uses you in so many big and little ways.

Love you!

Hannah
